Every job comes with a project file
Method statement, daily progress, stoppage log, DFT records and photos — issued with revision numbers so the yard always knows which version is current.
Measured output
Joint measurement with the client for every invoice, and an S-curve of progress against plan.
Inspection standards
Surface grade to SSPC-SP WJ / NACE WJ or ISO 8501-1, flash rust to ISO 8501-4, DFT and holiday tests as specified.
Site safety
Barricaded pump areas, whip checks on every UHP hose connection, cables off wet floors, floodlit night work.
Lower footprint
No abrasive waste. Less water and diesel per square metre than hand lancing.
Own workshop
Robots and pumps are serviced and tested in our Sharjah workshop before every mobilisation.
