We own the equipment we use
Nine AKA robots, our own UHP pumps, a spare robot on every job and our own technicians. That keeps a tight dock schedule moving.
Nine crawlers, three disciplines
Hydroblasting robots

- Sa 2½
- Profile
- 75–100 µm
- Support
- Blast pots, aftercoolers, hoses
Painting robots
Spray crawlers for even film build on hulls and tank shells, with DFT recorded per area.

For detail work and support
Next to the robots we run our own manual hydroblasting and sandblasting equipment for edges, openings, stern frames and areas a crawler cannot reach.
Hydroblasting guns & lances
2,800-bar hand guns and lances, two per UHP pump, with 40,000-psi hoses, nozzles and whip checks.
Sandblasting set
Six blast pots, six aftercoolers, blast hoses and nozzles — for manual blasting and to feed the sandblasting robots.
Workshop & site kit
Water filtration, hose sets, test bench and spare parts kept in our Sharjah workshop and sent with every job.
Fail-safe design and a safety line on every robot
Emergency stop
On the robot, the remote and the ground station.
Permanent magnets
Permanent-magnet adhesion holds the robot on power loss, backed by a safety line.
Zone 2 option
Explosion-proof (Zone 2) robot available for hazardous areas in tank farms and plants.
